  Expertized in drilling and routing for Printed Circuit Boards since 1986. Our machine park, is equipped with all available machines to succeed high quality accurated holes for high quality PCB's demand.

  Our capability is drilling small holes down to 0.1 mm, drilling blindvias and depth routing Experience of several materials, like FR4 Standard, MID TG and High TG. Rogers, Arlon, IMS-PCBs, CopperPlate and others.

• Measuring

  Our latest investment 12/2014 is an automatic measuring machine, which is CNC-controlled.

  We can measure all parts/panels in an area of 630 mm x 630 mm x H40 mm

  Approximate Field of view size is 1.3 x 1.1 mm up to 14 x 11 mm.

  Changing the objective, field of view can be reached up to min. 2,2 mm x 1.7 mm

  max. 0.26 mm x 0.2 mm

  All statistical reports can be printed out.

  Measuring accuarcy is +-10 μm.

• X-Ray inspection

  We offer EMS-customers X-RAY Inspection service for example to see registration on finished Printed circuit Board. Possible failure of shortcuts can be found.

• Consultancy

  As experience for drilling and routing field for PCB:s we also are offering our knowledge. As we have all possible needed equipment, we are offering drill room audit at customer site or possibe to arrange training courses at our facility as well.

  We have all equipment, how to measure conditions on drilling machine etc. Like Runout on spinldes, Vacuum, Pressure at pressure foot. Equipment to measure allignment on tables.
