Union Tool Appoints New Distributor for Finland

Union Tool Europe SA, Neuchâtel, Switzerland, one of the world’s leading makers of Drills and Router for the Printed Circuit Board industry, has appointed Eltrotec OY, Padasjoki, Finland as its new distributor for Finland and Estonia.

Eltrotec is Finland’s leading drilling/routing service provider and has extensive experience with the Union Tool PCB cutting tool range as a user. This knowledge will be invaluable in launching this new partnership and will ensure the total support at a local level demanded by new and existing customers.

Work has already started on building a solid supply chain, enabling Eltrotec to offer fast deliveries from their modern facilities, with back-up supplies from Union Tool’s main European supply base in Switzerland. This will ensure continuity and reliability for all users.

Announcing this appointment, Neville Blackwell – President Union Tool Europe – commented “ Our appointment of Eltrotec not only reflects our shared values of high levels of service and support to the Finnish market, but also combines extensive knowledge and technical innovation as key foundation stones for our future success.”

The agreement was signed in Neuchâtel on Monday 15^th April and commences immediately. As part of this new co-operation, Eltrotec will also offer a ring-setting and kitting services for a range of drilling and routing machines, adding further value to the end user.
